Empowering youth in Playford

[2:54 PM, 12/6/2024] Peng Choo: Today, we had a productive meeting with Glen Docherty, the Mayor of Playford. I took the opportunity to personally thank him for the incredible support he’s willing to offer for our Multicultural STEM Project.

Mayor Docherty has generously provided us with a space in the library to kickstart our initiative while he works on securing a larger, more suitable space to enhance community engagement. He has also committed to helping us build networks for young people, ensuring they gain greater access to STEM education and opportunities.

We’re excited about the impact this project will have on empowering youth in Playford, and we deeply appreciate Mayor Docherty’s dedication to supporting this important cause.
